This notice is given under article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK). The seller identified above is the data controller.

2. Method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the forms you complete on the site, the order and payment flow, cookies you have consented to, and messages you send us by e-mail.

3. Transfer

Data is transferred, limited to the purposes above, to the courier company, the payment institution, our accountant, our hosting and e-mail providers, and to public authorities where required by law. Where a provider's servers are located abroad, the transfer is made under article 9 of the Law on the basis of your explicit consent or another permitted safeguard.

4. Retention

Order, invoice and payment records are kept for 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation. Account data is kept while the account is open. Support correspondence is kept for 3 years. Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted when consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights under article 11

You may:

• learn whether your data is processed and request information about it;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
• learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request deletion or destruction under article 7;
• request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties;
• object to a result produced solely by automated analysis;
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

6. How to apply

Send your request in writing to the address above, or by e-mail to [email protected] from the address registered in our system. Please state your name, the subject of your request and your contact details. Your request is answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if it requires a separate cost, the tariff set by the Board may be applied. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.

7. Commercial electronic messages

We only send campaign e-mails to people who have given separate consent. Every message contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out through the İYS system. Withdrawing this consent does not affect notifications about your orders, which are part of the contract.
