This policy explains how we handle personal data on pellecures.com. The notice required by Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 is published separately on the KVKK notice page, and cookies are covered in the cookie policy.

We do not see or store your full card number. Card details are entered on the payment provider's screen and processed by them.

- Legitimate interest: preventing fraud and keeping the site secure.

3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, only with:
- the courier company, to deliver your parcel;
- the payment institution, to collect payment;
- our accountant and, where legally required, public authorities;

4. Transfers abroad
Some of the services we use (site measurement, e-mail delivery) run on servers outside Turkey. Where this happens, the transfer is made on the basis of your explicit consent or the safeguards permitted by law.
5. How long we keep it
- Order, invoice and payment records: 10 years, as required by commercial and tax law.
- Account information: while your account is open, then deleted or anonymised.
- Support correspondence: 3 years from the end of the matter.
- Analytics data: at most 14 months.
6. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their work, passwords are stored hashed, and systems are kept up to date. No system is completely risk-free; if a breach affects you we will inform you and the Authority as the law requires.
7. Your rights

8. Children
The site is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
