This form is provided under article 5 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts. You confirm that you have read it before you complete your order. The details specific to your order — the products, quantities, unit prices, shipping cost and total — are shown on the order summary screen and repeated in the order confirmation e-mail; they form part of this form.

1. Subject

The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of the products the buyer orders electronically through pellecures.com, with the qualities and price stated on the product page at the time of the order.

2. Product, price and payment

  • Prices shown on product pages include VAT.
  • Shipping cost, if any, is shown separately before the order is confirmed and is added to the total.
  • Payment is taken by credit card, debit card or the other methods offered at checkout. Card details are entered on the payment institution's secure screen; the seller does not see or store the full card number.
  • The price valid at the moment the order is placed applies. Later price changes do not affect a confirmed order.

3. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given by the buyer, by the courier company the seller works with. The statutory period is 30 days from the date the order is placed; in practice orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are handed to the courier the same day. If delivery becomes impossible, the seller informs the buyer within 3 days and refunds the full amount within 14 days at the latest.

Please check the parcel before accepting it. If it is damaged, have the courier draw up a report and do not accept it.

4. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without penalty. The period starts on the day the goods are delivered to the buyer or to the person the buyer designated. To exercise the right, send a clear statement to [email protected] within the period.

Return shipping is arranged by the seller through the contracted courier and is at the seller's cost. The amount is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the seller. The time it takes for the refund to appear on a card statement depends on the bank.

5. Where the right of withdrawal does not apply

Under article 15 of the Regulation, the right cannot be used for:

  • products which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if their protective seal has been opened after delivery;
  • products prepared to the buyer's specifications or personalised;
  • products that spoil quickly or whose expiry date may pass;
  • products that by their nature become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Cosmetic products whose seal has been opened fall within the first item. An unopened, unused product in its original packaging can always be returned within the period.

6. Complaints

Write first to [email protected]; we answer within one business day. If the matter is not resolved, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Validity

By confirming your order you declare that you have read and understood this form and the distance sales agreement.
