1. Scope

These terms govern your use of pellecures.com and every subdomain operated under it. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may use the site to look at products, read our guides and place orders for your own use. You may not:

• copy, scrape or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place automated bulk orders;
• upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights;
• use another person's identity or payment details.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your knowledge. We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these terms.

4. Product information and pricing

We take care to describe products accurately, but package designs, ingredient declarations and visuals may change. The information printed on the package you receive is what applies. Prices include VAT and are shown in the currency stated on the product page. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order.

If a price or stock figure is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount collected. You will be informed before this happens.

5. Products are cosmetics, not medicines

Pellecure products are cosmetic products for the care of hair and scalp. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. The hair analysis on this site is a product recommendation tool, not a medical assessment. If you have sudden hair loss, a painful or inflamed scalp or a diagnosed skin condition, consult a physician.

6. Intellectual property

The Pellecure name, logo, product photographs, texts and site design belong to the seller or are used under licence. They may not be used without written permission.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

8. Liability

We do not guarantee that the site will be free of interruption or error. Our liability is limited to the mandatory provisions of applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time you place an order applies to that order. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and disputes

Turkish law applies. For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the buyer's or the seller's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
