1. Dispatch

Orders placed on a business day before the daily cut-off are handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed later, at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day. You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

2. Delivery time

  • Turkey: normally 1–3 business days after dispatch; 2–4 business days for remote districts.
  • Abroad: depends on the destination country and customs. The estimate is shown at checkout.

The statutory maximum is 30 days from the date of the order. If we cannot deliver within that period we inform you and refund the full amount within 14 days.

3. Shipping cost

The shipping cost that applies to your order — and the threshold above which it is free, if one is in effect — is shown at checkout before you confirm, and is added to the total. The figure shown at that moment is what you pay.

4. Address and recipient

Please check the address carefully before confirming. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier the address can only be changed through the courier and we cannot guarantee it. If the recipient is not at the address, the courier normally leaves a notice and holds the parcel at the branch for a few days; a parcel that is not collected comes back to us and we refund you.

5. Damaged parcels

Check the parcel before you accept it. If the box is crushed, torn or wet:

  1. do not accept it;
  2. ask the courier to draw up a damage report;
  3. write to [email protected] with the order number.

We send a replacement or refund you in full, at our cost. If you have already accepted the parcel and then notice the damage, photograph it and write to us the same day.

6. Missing or delayed parcels

If the tracking has not moved for 3 business days, write to us with your order number. We open a search with the courier and keep you informed. If the parcel is lost we send a replacement or refund you in full.

7. Customs and duties for orders abroad

For deliveries outside Turkey, any customs duty, tax or clearance fee charged in the destination country is payable by the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay us.
